We were impacted by the freeze in Texas during February and placed an order for a replacement motor. When we did not receive it after two months I called the company that I had purchased it from and they said they were out of stock. I desperately searched for an alternative over multiple sites until I came up The Pool Guy Store. Rick was exceptional in providing me options to solve my problems and, after researching other sites found that his prices were the most reasonable.
I ordered a new pump an motor and got immediate confirmation of purchase and an email notice the next day that it had been shipped out. Rick was a life saver and we definitely plan to use The Pool Guy Company in the future for our pool equipment purchases due to the awesome service, reasonable prices, quick shipping, and the valuable advice provided by Rick. It is very hard, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic, to find efficient, reliable and such personal service. Keep up the good work Rick and Betsy.
