I needed a new Polaris PB4-60 and this site had a decent price. I ordered the pump, but it took over three weeks to receive the pump. I also called the customer service number about 10 days after placing the order, and left a message, asking about my order. I never received a call back. I understand it may take a while to ship the part, but getting no update or return call was disappointing.
