I would've given you 5 stars except the item came without an owner's manual. The man I spoke with when ordering told me someone had taken the manual, but he would go online and try to print 1 off. Well, obviously he didn't, because I went online, easily found the manual and printed it off. Otherwise, great service! Wish you had more of the SG3000!
