The item was as advertised and arrived in good shape. I was not told the item was back-ordered at the time of ordering, which caused be a lot of extra work keeping the pool healthy without the filter being functional. Had I known it would be delayed, I could have tried to find it somewhere else, which is probably why I wasn't told.
